The Texas Hotel Occupancy Tax Exemption Certificate (pdf) is for business use only and is not to be used for private purposes. The participating San Antonio hotels (listed on the conference website and in the registration brochure) have indicated that they will accept the Tax Exemption Certificate from guests who meet the qualifications and conditions listed on the Certificate and who present the required identification to verify the exemption claimed. Please print out the certificate and present to the Front Desk Clerk upon actual check-in at your hotel.
